Will cleaning improve my grade?+
Cleaning can improve a card's presentation by removing fingerprints, oils and surface grime — which may help your card look its best on grading day. The final grade is decided by the grading company, so we can't guarantee a grade increase.
Do you guarantee grading improvements?+
No. We never guarantee grade increases, scratch removal, or value increases. We focus on what we can control: careful, professional cleaning that helps your cards look their best. Results vary depending on card condition.
How long does cleaning take?+
Most orders are returned within 5–10 working days from arrival. Larger or bulk orders may take longer — we'll always confirm timing when we quote.
What cards do you accept?+
Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Sports Cards (football, basketball, baseball and more). If you have something unusual, just ask — we're happy to take a look.
How should I package my cards?+
Each card in a penny sleeve and toploader (or semi-rigid), then in a sealed plastic bag, then in a padded mailer or small box. For higher-value cards, use a tracked & signed-for service and ask us first for guidance.
What if my card is worth over £1,000?+
Get in touch before shipping. We'll talk through extra precautions, suitable insurance, and a recommended courier so your card is fully protected door-to-door.
Do you offer bulk discounts?+
Yes. Submit the contact form with order type set to Bulk Order, include photos and quantities, and we'll put together a custom quote within 24 hours.
Who pays shipping?+
Customers pay shipping to MJs and pay return shipping. Orders valued above £100 qualify for free return shipping. Cards valued above £1,000 should be discussed before shipment.
